Weed Control & Fertilization

By enrolling in our weed control program, we will schedule 8 visits to your property over the course of the year to administer our specialized weed control treatments. Apart from targeting the weeds on your lawn, we will also apply fertilization treatments to nourish your lawn with essential nutrients. The following is our weed control schedule for the year:

STEP #1: Pre-Spring

Early in the year, our team will begin combatting weeds by applying our pre-emergent weed control treatment, which is specifically formulated to inhibit weed growth before they emerge from the soil.

STEP #2: Early Spring

During our next visit, we will administer an additional round of pre-emergent treatment to safeguard your grass against potential damage caused by newly germinating weeds. If we identify any weeds during the visit, we will also administer a post-emergent spray as part of the treatment.

STEP #3: Mid-Spring

During mid-spring, we will schedule another visit to tackle any weeds that may have emerged using our post-emergent treatment as required. Additionally, we will apply a time-released fertilizer during this visit to provide your grass with essential nutrients.

STEP #4: Early Summer

We will provide your grass with an additional post-emergent treatment to eliminate any weeds that have emerged in your lawn since our previous visit. Additionally, we will administer another application of time-released fertilizer.

STEP #5: Mid-Summer

During this visit, we will administer another round of post-emergent treatment to eradicate any newly grown weeds on your property. Simultaneously, we will also apply another round of fertilizer to provide your lawn with the necessary nutrients.

STEP #6: Late Summer

During our late summer visit, we will inspect your property for any weeds, and if we find any, we will use our post-emergent spray to treat them. Additionally, we will apply another round of fertilizer to assist your grass in recovering from the harsh summer heat.

STEP #7: Early Fall

During the fall, we will conduct another inspection of your property to identify any new weeds and apply our treatment to eradicate them. Our team will also administer the final fertilizer treatment of the year, which encourages deep root development and safeguards your grass from common lawn diseases during the winter season.

STEP #8: Late Fall

The final treatment of the year will be to apply our pre-emergent spray to help prevent any new weeds from sprouting until we visit your property again in the new year.

Pest Control

Fleas and ticks are unwelcome pests that pose a threat to both humans and pets due to their painful bites and potential transmission of diseases. To combat these pests, comprehensive flea and tick control treatments are necessary. Our team provides this service by administering pesticide sprays or granular treatments upon visiting your property. We create a protective barrier by spraying three feet up and out from the exterior of your home, onto the surrounding grass, and at entry points such as your garage as well as applying treatments across your lawn to prevent infestation.

Our flea and tick control treatment process involves a series of steps aimed at creating an environment that is unfavorable to these pests on your property. Our team will utilize pesticide sprays to target several areas of your landscape. For larger landscapes, we may also employ granular pesticides on your turf. This comprehensive approach is designed to safeguard your property against fleas and ticks.

This service is available from February to November, and in the unlikely event that you experience fleas and ticks after treatment, we offer a re-spray at no additional cost. Our goal is to provide effective and thorough protection against these pests on your property.

Grub Control

Beetle grubs reside underground and feed on the roots of plants in their habitat. When present in low numbers, they pose minimal threat and don't cause significant damage. However, if their population reaches higher concentrations, the effects may become noticeable in your lawn. Dead and brown patches in your yard may be an indication of the need for grub control. While other factors, such as inadequate watering or spring brown spots, can also cause these patches, grubs are often the primary contributor.

Our annual grub preventative is available for application in June. Depending on the extent of grub activity and damage to your lawn, we may suggest a curative treatment at varying times throughout the year.
